Well since the EV of Mary was believed by ALL Christians for 1700 years, including the first reformer's, then the burden is on you to PROVE they were wrong for 1700 years. I don't have to prove anything..

I'lll show you where it says Mary is God's wife, when you show me where it say's Mary had other children...obviously you don't understand symbolism..

There are over 800 posts in a different thread where the evidence has been shown. You either choose to believe it or choose not to. That is your God given free will to make your own choice. Excercise it!
Maybe I will start a new thread concerning Mary as God's wife.

Shhhhh, of course I kneel and bow when I genuflect. :) But I do not do it to worship as what that commandment means. It isnt talking about the act of movement of the waist only but both combined.

I know Kepha. I used to be RCC and genuflected also.:)

where does the Bible say that everything we believe must be written in the Bible?

That's been discussed to death also, jckstraw. You are welcome to believe as you will.:)

Oh, you call a mistransaltion evidence? You call "brother's" of Jesus evidence? Hmm..no wonder you are so easily tricked.

Well let's see..we have yunaika, which does not mean wife. We have adelphoi, which we have shown numerous time's does not always mean blood brother, and we have until, which we have shown does not mean the after but the before, through other uses of the word ews...that's some good evidence you have there..

And answer me this, do you realize then when you mock me in my knowledge of Greek, you mock the entire history of anyone EVER that was Greek and read the Scripture in it's original language. So you are telling me in the last 2000 years, they were wrong in what their language meant, and you and these scholar's are right? You act like what I say is me saying it. Well it's not buddy, it's the ENTIRE GREEK SPEAKING CHURCH..The GREEK Orthodox Church of GREECE, THe Greek Orthodox Church of Constantinople, The Greek Orthodox Church of Jerusalem, The Greek Orthodox Church of Alexandria. You mock all of these. But hey, I guess some scholar knows more about people's own language than they do...poor us..

You are going on the assumption the sola scriptura means the use of the bible alone. That is simply not true. You need to do some research to understand what it means. It doesn't matter what I say to you in this post, unless you undestand it, you will just argue.
Like I said in my previous post, start a thread, you need to listen to others PVs.

God Bless

no i am asking bc anytime we say something someone always asks "where does the Bible say that?"

so again, where does the Bible say that everything we believe MUST be in it? otherwise it would make no sense to continually ask "where does the Bible say that?"

Because traditions that are not consistent with scripture are not part of the Word of God.

No ones worshipping the ark friend, HUGE difference. It says NO bowing...do you bow?? Sorry, but it says what it says, and you can twist and turn all you want so it justifies what you want to do. YOU BOW to it..."NO Bowing" the Word says...and guess what?? There aren't any Arks in my church...so...your point?
There is one in mine, and and it depicts her holding her infant Son.

Oh scholar's, excuse me...:sigh:

So do you realize that you mock the entire Greek speking Church with what you say?
We don't mock we ask for clarification. You think those of us that are not greek by nature cannot look up the original greek to expand our teaching? I do this quite a bit. It helps me to take in what is being said.
