when are you people going to learn swearing isn't wrong? nothing in the bible says you can't say **** **** **** [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] etc., etc. how do i know this? a lutheran pastor told me. i don't think he'd lie to me.

i like manson. he's got a good gig. the dude is sharp and pleasant to listen to because unlike most politicians and celebrities, he comes off as smart.

I dont buy into the whole MANSON thing. You guys keep saying how original and talented he is, but everything he does just feels like an "act". The only song I think has talent is "sweet dreams", but thats not even his original work.

Celldweller, Stabbing Westward, Dope, Skinny Puppy, Front 242...they use that same technique, albeit to varying degrees of intensity.

Street team? Heh, I joined that- and Klay said he'd have a show in Phoenix... I was willing to promote everything. Last minute Klay cancelled, without any reason- and said they'd play later. Havnt heard back from him.

I was just curious to know why you christians seem to be so fond of Marilyn Manson?
I came across this forum while searching for Manson sites and found it odd that christians were infactuated with a musician who became famous for being antichrist (obviously not the only reason he is so popular but one of them)
This is frustrating me.

I too think he's smart but also full of himself. Like nadoj said though. Just push buttons, just to push them doesn't make good music. It just means he knows how to make people think that he's like them.

MM to me is just another rock musician out there. not saying he is horrible, i like some of his songs, just as i like other rock songs out there. i like his style some, but i'm more into metal and stuff, then the industrial rock. there are some industrial/goth bands out there that i like, like Klank, Fear Factory, Saviour Machine, Rackets and Draps, and I still have yet to hear celldweller but have good things from the pastor of the ministry i go to, who went to their show up by Toledo, Ohio.

but as for MM, he's just another rock musician out there, who does have talent in music, and song writing. i just see him as someone who got hurt, and has reacted towards it. God Bless you all! <><

I like Marilyn Manso actually. He's not afraid to be different. The songs I like r the fight song and Tainted Love. I own 1 of his albums called The Age Of Grotesque

Ah... I don't really care for him myself. I don't like his antics / lyrical themes but the real reason I don't listen to him is because I don't like the music.

I'm kind of with you on it...

I think he's kinda scary looking, myself. But, I don't judge people by looks...so it's all good!
