I can't believe people drink Manischewitz!
Must only be non-Jews that drink it, I can't remember last
time I saw in on someones table, if ever, LOL.
I just bought it in Winn Dixie over the holidays..
Eh, it tastes good! So what do you use? I'm a willing convert! LOL
I actually don't even like wine! However, this is popular and I can drink it
(although I don't usually) because it's very sweet. I've probably got a dozen bottles of various wines sitting at the
condo that people have brought for shabbas. I don't even know what they are since I don't like
alcohol. I'll have to see what's there. Usually I just take a bottle from my "cellar" and give it to
someone else for shabbas when I'm at their house. Kind of like the joke of the fruit cake that keeps
getting passed from person to person during "that" holiday, LOL.
don't forget Kosher salt........ almost all families have it..
Many chefs use it because it is a purer salt than table salt but it is improperly named, as it should read, Kashering salt. I use it for cooking as well.

LOL - It's about the only wine I can tolerate - I don't really like "normal" wines, even "really good" ones...
Also, more savvy kosher wines are also more pricey.
I understand that some Gentiles buy kosher because they do believe it
is healthier (if only they knew....LOL).
My Favourite Animal
Our teacher asked what my favourite animal was, and I said, "Fried
chicken."
She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right, because everyone
else laughed.
My parents told me to always tell the truth. I did. Fried chicken is my
favourite animal.
I told my dad what happened, and he said my teacher was probably a member
of PETA.
He said they love animals very much.
I do, too. Especially chicken, beef and fish. Anyway, my teacher sent me
to the principal's office. I told him what happened, and he laughed, too. Then he told me not to do it again.
The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favourite live animal
was.
I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, so I told her it was because
you could make them into ....fried chicken.
She sent me back to the principal's office.
He laughed, and told me not to do it again.
I don't understand. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher doesn't like it when I
am.
Today, my teacher asked us to tell her what famous person we admire most.
I told her, "Colonel Sanders".
Guess where I am now...
It's an Italian wineV, is it kosher?
I can't quite make out the whole name...
