Making money off (defrauding) others by what was given to them as a free gift...

I hear preachers talk about how they were broke and in sore straights and their faith or their God got them out...

Perhaps he did... But, maybe, just maybe, was not part of it (and this is what I have trouble with settling in my conscience) was not part of it, their basically defrauding others by peddling and selling what was given to them as a free gift (by God)...

You received freely, so give freely, right...?

How would God see that...?

This is why I feel like I have to "give it away", I would not feel right making money and certainly not getting filthy rich off it or this, that was/is freely given to me by God...

I can't do it... I don't see how they can live with themselves sometimes, I certainly could not... Does this not bother anyone else... I could not do it, not off the "church folk" anyway... (maybe worldly people, or the world, to give to the church (folk) or those in desperate need)...

There are some that do preach for material gain. What percentage are true believers and what are "Takers" is a number only God knows.

It's no wonder I cringe when I hear very rich preachers. living a very rich lifestyle, talk about giving them money...

They claim to be for them (the flock) all the while they are robbing them blind...

These things should not be so...

I don't trust those people... I prefer to not go through them due to this, but instead find a way to "directly" give it to the poorest or those in the greatest need...

I don't know which of them I can really trust to do this (right)...?

I mean, what if he is using that money, to buy himself a very expensive meal at a high dollar, five star restaurant (maybe a thick, juicy, steak) when I can't (even) do that...?

And maybe he doesn't even treat the people serving the meal right, or very well...?

I don't trust them, and I cannot see giving them money for that...

Or, other things like that, or of that nature...

Understand, I'm not jealous, or envious of them by any means, and there are a few good ones, I think, but many of them... I fear for them, I fear for their soul...

Joyce Meyer for example, announced that 84 to 85% of all she gets, or earns goes directly to the very poor and those in the greatest need... And, the rest, most of that, goes directly to keeping the ministry running and operating... And pays for the cost of operations of her ministry, and very little is for herself, and I thought that was very commendable...

Many will not do that though, or tell you (though)...
