Granted. The laptop comes with a complimentary puppy, who wets the computer and renders it unusable. Puppy wetting is incidentally not spelled out in the terms and conditions of your warranty.

I wish the days of the week weren't named after pagan gods.

Granted. The days of the week are re-named, and each one is a different tongue-twister, eg Monday = 'Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers'. Asking what day it is now makes you very unpopular

I wish pandas were no longer an endangered species.

I wish that brown recluse spiders were just a bit bigger and a bit easier to spot. That way I could actually kill them quicker as I clean out my dad's house.

Granted. The brown recluses are now the size of cats, and with arachnid reflexes and physical prowess amped up similarly they are so powerful and dangerous they soon become the dominant species in your part of the continent. Their poison is now so deadly that merely looking at a brown recluse can cause death. Humanity is shortly after your wish is granted extinct wherever the brown recluse spiders can live.

I wish I'd have an ability to communicate and inspire akin to that of Desmond Tutu, Gandhi, or others like them.
