I'm not knocking all of them. I'm just knocking the ones that don't have a sound premise or facts supporting them, like the 666 thing Spicy was referring to. :v

I agree Coach-it has been quite nuts-here in GA we've heard reports of kids getting attacked for voting for Obama, insulted (especially in Highschools)...I believe it because even my kids got called all kinds of names from neighborhood kids...it was sad. And yes the gun rush is nuts....great recruiting ground for militia groups-honestly those are the kinds of people (scare, paranoid and against gvmnt, tendency to conspiracy theories) that tend to flock to those groups...it takes a certain view of life and the people rushing around like crazy are really-well susceptible to this thinking. I wouldn't be surprsied to see these groups become more prevalent and with more members. That's frightening...because that level of fear and paranoia is just plain not good. Yes the reports on gun sales up is absolutely nuts!!

You know though, people buying guns like that, and the Illinois Lottery daily 3 being 666 on November 5th just makes me even more worried that some fanatical nutjob is going to try and off Obammy

After what, not even a week? I see people from both sides who still have bumper stickers from 4 years ago.

Now, crazy is like what happened in my state after the primaries. Ron Paul as you know, won no states. But after the primary was done and counted, with him at the bottom by a huge margin, we saw an INCREASE in Ron Paul stickers, signs, graffiti, you name it. THAT is crazy.

Nothing crazy here, but then again in my area guns aren't exactly a huge deal compared to the midwest and south. San Diego did go Dem though for the first time in 24 years.

Two elementary kids here were arrested the day after the election. They had apparently said that if Obama won, they were going to bring guns to school and start shooting. A classmate overheard them and told the principal. They caught the kids the next morning before they ever made it to the school with guns in their backpacks.

The really sad thing there (besides the obvious, of course), is that those kids weren't old enough to really even understand politics. They probably heard their parents or some other adult in their life talking violently about Obama.

Well, some stupid HS kid hocked a loogey(sp) on my mom's McCain sign.

So yeah, she's leaving it up as a "screw you" to all the crazy Obama supporters and/or immature teenagers out there.
