Jesus said that if anyone looks at someone with lust they are guilty of committing adultery. I have been committing adultery every day. Please pray for me

Heavenly father, thank you for his willingness to change this. I pray that you would remind him of your forgiveness, and that you would keep him strong against this temptation. Please help him to get rid of any lustful thoughts as soon as they enter his mind, and that he would seek you first always. In Jesus name amen.

I am assuming you are talking about pornography. If so, then I am ashamed to tell you that I myself have almost the same problem(not everyday for me)...

Although it seems I can control myself better on the Sabbath(saturday). Thank God for that, because sinning on the Sabbath is even more depressing for me and even more unpleasing to The Lord.

Anyway... Here are two links that will hopefully help you but remember that internet did not exist a few years ago, so links are not the answer but Yeshua is the answer, pray, fast, spend less time on the computer, try to hang out more with friends so as to not be home alone.

1rst link : You are lucky, I found this one a couple of days ago and it is a good one because it puts fear in you by showing all the consequences of pornography and masturbation.

2nd link : This one is encouragement to succeed in stopping an addiction, in this case smoking, but you can read it as if it was for lust or any other addiction/sin

Lots of good advice there... I just wanted to say that (even though I believe the sabbath is Sunday) sinning is sinning no matter what day you do it. Perhaps you feel more guilty on Saturday, but I would urge you that God looks on sin the same no matter the day.

Also, I am guessing that you are a Jew I only knew one man who was a Messianic Jew. He was my violin teacher who passed away fall 2012 and I have fond memories of him. Anyway, whenever I meet a Jew I think of him.

Lustful thoughts are sort of like unwatned an uninvited guests knocking loudly at the door. The devil is going to send them. If he does, don't blame yourself. But...praying you won't open the door either!
