and both are preserved-together<4933>.
39 and no one drinking Old immediately is willing Young, for he is saying, 'for the Old is kind/mellow<5543>'".

new (especially in freshness; while 3501 is properly so with respect to age:--new.
3501. neos including the comparative neoteros neh-o'-ter-os; a primary word;
"new", i.e. (of persons) youthful, or (of things) fresh; figuratively, regenerate:--new, young.

"And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled out, and the skins will be ruined.
"But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.
"And no one, after drinking old wine wishes for new; for he says, 'The old is good enough.'"

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.
But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.
No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.
