Hi everyone The womens' retreat at Sandy Cove in Maryland was great. The speaker, RoseAnne Coleman, spoke from her heart and delivered awesome messages to us from God's word.

I didn't get to do any of the special activities that were planned for the weekend, I rested during the free time, which was a first for me. I came home feeling very refreshed and renewed.

I appreciate all the prayers.
