I have trouble stirring for very long. I'm thankful that my daughter shares my love of cooking & baking. I read cookbooks. Most of the time, I'll follow the recipe the first time, then I change it to suit me after that.
I'm in a lot of pain right now. Yesterday I could hardly move. If I bent my knees or elbows it was very painful & stiff-feeling trying to straighten them back out. I can tell I have lots of inflammation right now.
