Looking for Arminian/Calvinist quote. Please help!

A while back someone posted (I think it was here in Baptist/Anabaptist) a quote that said something to the effect that a 20-year-old who wasn't an Arminian didn't have a heart, and a 40-year-old who wasn't a Calvinist didn't have a brain. At least that was the general gist of it. I've tried searching, but can't find it. I probably have some of the details wrong.

Anyway, if you posted it or remember it, could you give the correct quote and who it came from?

It was misquoted. Oliver Wendell Holmes, the famous lawyer, once said, "A man who is not liberal by age thirty has no heart. A man who is not conservative by age 40 has no brain."
