  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok guys I have been on a search everywhere and I came across this forum and thought I would see if anyone had any ideas that google and bing can't seem to give me. I've been on a search to find bands that have a similar sound as Delirious? did when they was around. Especially their Glo album that came out in 2000. Just more post-rock and instrumental but worshipful. They did a lot of spontaneous worship that seemed practiced, and maybe it was. Their song Obsession just brings the Holy Spirit in and especially on the Live and in the Can album when they would do the "taking it wherever it goes" stuff is kind of what I'm looking for. LoL I know I shorten my percentage of bands the more I rant. I've been loving Explosions in the Sky and Emmanu EL stuff and I just recently discovered Sigur Ros even though they aren't a worship band it certainly is close. Help a brotha out if you can!
