even putting something like I can sit, I can walk, I can wash up are very simple. But they are all 'I can!!!

Thought you might like it Guys! It all prooves one important thing and that is you are all able to do 3 positive things at least, so in your own time and on here build it up. Next time put 4 things even if some are the same, without realising it you are actually encouraging and lifting your own self esteem. Ive read each one and noticed so many of you are good in the musical area, some in activity areas etc, these are positive, it would be good if you kept this going still continuing on 3 things then when your ready move to 4 things. Be encouraged and continue friends. I will keep checking in.
