  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I didn't see the clip and I won't be watching it. I have a 4yo who is not night potty trained but it isn't for lack of wanting to be.

I don't know. I think it's brave of anyone to open their home and life to criticism on TV especially when they desire help.

I remember her from her days on Saved by the Bell...can you tell I'm getting up there in years myself...hehe
I remember that, too, if that helps. :)

I don't know many kids who don't have accidents at night. A child isn't potty trained until they have zero accidents, I think expecting that of a 3 yo is pretty harsh. I plan to start potty training Remy when he's walking well on his own, but I don't expect perfection until he's four or so. I know he wants to learn things early, that's just how he is and I don't try to hinder that, but I don't go out of my way to encourage it either because I want him to enjoy being a kid.
