God's transcending peace be multiplied to you praisegirl2! Insight interspersed...
praisegirl2 said:This is a dream that my daughter had several years ago that I can't forget, I don't know about her. First off to give you a little background. She was about 17 at the time and she does not live for the Lord. Here is what she told me.
She woke up crying out for me and I went to her room. She kept telling me that her hands hurt and around her head hurt. I said what do you mean she said "You know like Jesus. Like I have thorns around my head and nails in my hands." That is all she told me. She cried with pain for a short time then went back to sleep.
This would be a personal revelation for your daughter that Jesus loves her so much, He would have suffered and died on the Cross specifically just for her. As these Scriptures further attest...
Isaiah 53:3-6 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not. Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to His own way; and the LORD hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
2 Corinthians 5:14, 15, 17-21 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that He died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again...Therefore if any man be in Christ, He is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.
About 3 yrs later I was in church crying out to the Lord for her salvation and I had a vision of her kneeling at the cross! I took that as a promise of her salvation.![]()
Than about six months ago or so I was in church and I saw Jesus walk by very slowly. He had on like a prayer shawl and he went to the front of the church like to the alter. that was all I saw.
Would think this be an encouragement to you that Jesus is hearing your prayers for your daughter!Even that He helping you bear the burden of your daughter coming to salvation in Christ. He IS slowly drawing her to Himself!
Psalm 37:3-7 Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him...
Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.
2 Peter 3:8-9 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the LORD...
