These are sins? Since when?![]()
My great grandfather smoked most of his life, except for the last 10 years.
In those last ten years he was bed ridden, suffering pain nonstop.
He had numerous heart attacks, strokes, and operations.
You can't imagine the amount of pain he went through.
My grandfather drank, smoke, and had bad eating habits. He was severly depressed for years and years, then one day he had a massive heart attack and died at 55.
My mom smokes and doesn't eat right.
She weights more than I do, and as a result she has a cyatic nerve problem. So now she is in constant pain, and she can hardly walk.
She also has emphazima(sp?) and can hardly breath, and she still smokes.
She has headaches every day, and gets sick very easy.
My stepfather smokes and has emphazima.
He's not over wieght, but because he didn't workout, he has cronic back pain.
Newmonia(sp?) almost killed him this year.
He also has headaches regularly, and both of them have ulcers for years.
My great grandmother is the only member that I know of in my family that changed her ways a long long time ago. She went to church regularly and didn't smoke, and her food is fresh and healthy and tasty.
She out lived 2 husbands, and all of her children.
She was living on her own, with a sound mind at the age of 90. She died in her sleep peacefully just 8 months ago.
Which path would you like to take?
