The idea of an "LGBT church" seems odd to me. Our church is happy to have LGBT members, but it's not like LGBT issues get mentioned in worship or activities. Someone visiting us would know that we're mainline, but at least from the worship service they wouldn't know we accept LGBT people. (You would know it from our web site.)
I had assumed the same was true of conservative churches. Mainline churches typically use a lectionary or do something like work their way through a Gospel, to make sure they cover the whole range of topics important to Christians. I was assuming that conservative churches did that as well. How often would attitudes towards LGBT be relevant?
