I had a hodge podge of food. A salad this afternoon and a muffin and banana this evening which actually was yesterday, lol. Just about ready to go to sleep. I like a good cup of coffee but it's still too hot to enjoy it. Be safe and enjoy yourself. I always have problems knowing where to start in the bible. Right now in Psalms. 3 hours isn't enough sleep.

It is said that the most effective prayers are Psalms when spoken out.
In fact it is said that there is no interference or hinder so much so that if people recognized this,
they would want to just recite Psalms.
