But to answer my own question, there is no way that I'm aware of to distinguish a naturally occurring genome from a genetically engineered one without knowing the DNA sequence of the genetically engineered one beforehand.

Oh geez, even though my younger siblings speak that language, that's a tough one to translate between itself and English. Thanks for telling me, though, I'll make an effort to translate my posts into his first language (while also putting them up in English) to try to aid in communication.

There is evidence for evolution, people send tons to you and you just seem to forget about it. And since another poster told me that your primary language is Mandarin Chinese, I am posting in that as well, to the best that I can.

I have never stated that an artificial genome has only been created one time. This one had a different purpose than the one I previously spoke of, which was to determine how small a genome a functional modern cell could have. These are two different artificial genomes, one with 6 nucleotide bases that I mentioned before, and a 4 nucleotide base one now mentioned by you. They have no relationship with each other.
