  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Let's say, :preach:

you found out that your leading Pastor {in his late 40's} has been fornicating for the last three years with an unbeliever {she is in her early 20's} and your Pastor accidentally got her pregnant. :yum: I say accidentally because he never wanted to really marry her or any lady because he was afraid of commitment. He's been a player most of his life. This man has had many affairs through out the years hiding this from his congregation.

This Pastor has been living an ungodly lifestyle for the last 20 some years and has been very good about covering up his wicked behavior.

Would you stay in this Pastor's church?

Would you expect him to marry this unbeliever?

What are your thoughts about this deceiver?
I cannot think of a reason to stay under the authority of a false shepherd, can you? Will you be fed?

As to what you should expect from him, you have no right to expect anything. It is his life and his problem and between him, the woman and God.

OP:

Nor can I. So what is keeping you?

Be wary of the flesh or any evil... and do what is right... God counts you accountable for every single then. Never think He does not. He sure does.

Multiple Christians saying the same thing: good idea to go with that.

We are not saved by churches, but by God through Christ. Period. The end.

Would like everyone to ask the Lord Jesus to help this young woman in her
deliverance that this wicked Pastor took advantage of. This Pastor knew
better because he knows what the bible warns of such things. This young
woman is not saved. Please keep her in your prayers. Prayer for this
wicked Pastor is needed but I'm sure there is going to be grand consequences
for his ungodly ways.

Would you stay in this Pastor's church? I honestly would be leaving and not saying in the church but at the same time this is me talking as look in on the situation not me seeking God about it though. But, would I end up leaving I personally would want to but at the same time I would be praying about the situation and fasting not only about whether to say or not but also pray for him and the rest of the congregation b/c there may be some that will be deeply hurt by it. There is even a chance that someone could backslide (I rebuke that) but it could really hindersome people not saying it should but saying it could.

Would you expect him to marry this unbeliever? To be honest no I wouldn't expect him to get married to the beleiver, I don't beleive in getting married just because they will have a child together but at the same time I don't support believe in or condone sex before marriage. But at the same time the sin has already been committed the sin is not in having the child or getting pregant the child is not a sin or punishment really but the sin was in having sex outside of marriage. I think at this point they just have to seek God on what to do and work things out.

What are your thoughts about this deceiver? I won't actually call him a deceiver I don't even know the guy or know all the ins and outs of the situation but I just think that he really needs to work this out relationship wise, with both the church, the women, and with God. First and Foremost with God then the church and women.

My answer is above in red.
