It's been a pretty intresting summer. I didn't really much at all this summer, but tht doesn't really bother me much. It started out great, got a little bumpy in the middle, but I think it's ending quite nicely.

Bottom line, I'm just happy that God blessed me with another summer. I'm grateful. :)

This summer has been awesome, besides the fact that we've had something like 80% rainy weather! I work every day at a summer camp with kids 5-12 and they are absolutely awesome. We've painted with water balloons, went to the beach, and tomorrow we're making a paper mache volcano! I work at a store in the mall every evening, and my co-workers are fantastic. Besides work, I'm taking an online course for university (introduction to the old testament) and I've learned tons! Me and some friends have gotten together for a few campfires, cabin trips, and out of town trips, so it's been a great summer overall :)
OH, I went to my first concert last night, and it was amazing. I saw the Trews, Nazareth, Shanneygannock, The Navigators, and Crumpled Purple ticket. It was nice to have a break from working and see all my friends from out of town :)

I am having a fun summer of no responsibility.

Spending time in Toronto, enjoying the cottage, coming out of my shell and trying to find confidence.

But the bills have come a-callin' now so I have to stop trotting around Ontario and find a big girl job. :(

-I bought a new car.

-I got see my WHOLE family on the 4th of July (yay!!)

-I got to meet Ericka and will meet up soon with Toasty (!!!)

-I am leaving on Wednesday for my 2nd youngest brother's wedding in Connecticut, for which I am a bridesmaid :cheer:

This has been a fantastic summer so far. If I make it to October with no disasters I will consider this the best summer ever.

Hi Amber!

Second thought, it's been an alright summer. My church launched a new service on the other side of town in April, so I've been helping run that (Sapphyre knows allll about ProPresenter), and there've been a lot of smaller get-togethers with friends in parks and apartments and on rooftops, so I've hardly been lacking in the quality time department.
Plus I have a big trip I'm looking forward to in another week and a half! Two days in Boston and an evening in Vermont with one of my oldest friends, followed by a weekend in upstate New York for an informal InterVarsity reunion. I haven't seen some of the other folks going in some years, but these are kinds of friendships that pick up right where they left off. Expect to see pictures of me stacking condiments and ketchup bottles.
