uh.. i didn't say we're going to start one, sorry if i was a bit unclear. Can't we do it here? If it could not be restricted, meaning anyone can participate, but we want aussies only (if possible), wouldn't it be best to debate in the aussie forum?

i understand about the difficulty that we had in the past, but even Erwin said there's nothing we can do about it unless a rule is broken...

We couldn't have a private thread that only registered aussies could come into, i wonder?

now that's interesting.. a thread for everyone to see but aussies to participate in only... like the woman thread in guys' forum? let me get Droobie over..

Ok, this is going to be a stupid debate. It's a joke, and it will require 4-6 people.
When forming a group, post only one post below, and update it when you fill up the group via PM, so as to make the debate neater. Each team needs to elect a team leader and an extra back support(just incase someone drops out).

The topic is:
"I'd much rather eat a possum than a fish"

The posts here must be great, they're even influencing some of my everyday conversation. There is a possum living in the tree out the back of my place, and my sister asked me earlier if I had seen it recently, to which I answered in the affirmative. She asked how it was (she's an aspiring Dr Doolittle, talk to the animals...) and I replied "Delicious!".

Just a further refinement of the rules, For each speaker that posts, the other team members can make one post each of what they thing about the post. Ie, like the parliment...you call out something horrible....

Those minor posts are informal rebuttal...and are allowed.

So, lets start...I'll go PM my group buddies, those representing the fish market can go and PM each other...it has begun...let the name calling begin.

Forgot to mention, get the team ready, post one post detailing which speaker is the first, second and third.
