  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

"Two people from different worlds question the existence of God after death in their families."

That is the official details of the movie. I just saw it recently, and I loved it. I thought that it was beautifully made, and an enduring, heartfelt drama. The Mother is very courageous. The priest, questionable in God's presence. It stirs a lot of feels, and some of it is passionate. I really did fall in love with this movie. I'm sure you will to, as a viewer- you really feel the angels watching you.
May contain spoilers-

"What happens in a span of 24 hours can be confusing, especially for a Mother who's son has ran away. It is up to Wendy to hold her faith of the Lord. The preacher is full of doubt, especially after the death of his own child. The enduring strength of the characters and their own belief in God and the system, has an impact on the moments to come."
