Just image within a few minutes, to about a few hours of the first day after the rapture. I pray that we all get and be ready for the Lord's return. Knowing what's going to happen in the tribulations, I don't want to be around when things go from bad to worse.
I heard the screams, as they cried out their names
clutching on to what remains,
stunned faces and hearts full of fear,
this ordinary day will bring many tears.
On this chosen day lingers a dooming haze
sirens are blaring as cars become ablaze
panic is stirring, you can hear the people say,
"Where did they go, what's happening today?"
Worldwide crisis in the air, land and seas
governments can't explain what happened to these
families and friends ended their search
they found their answers at a nearby church
Some remembered The Word, others did not care
some cried out to The Lord, others cursed Him there
those who understood knew what they must do
refuse the mark of the Beast, either die or get through
Those in Christ, either dead or alive
were called to Himself in the sky they arrived.
They kept their hearts ready, like a bride for the groom
and those left behind, will face the misery and doom.
