Led by the Spirit of God , Spirit given - Spirit In You = Christ IN You !
Romans 8:14 - " For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Verse 15 - " For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father"
Verse 16 - " The Spirit itself ( The Spirit of God ) beareth witness with our spirit ( Spirit of Christ ) that we are the children of God"
So , what is the Spirit of God that dwells in us ? Lets look at another couple of verses !
Galations 4:6 - " And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father"
Verse 7 - " Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ"
Well , to start with , it appears that it is "Christ IN" which is the Spirit of his Son that is in us. Also if we look at other verses we will see the importance of understanding this.
Galations 3:16 - " Now to Abraham and his "seed" were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to they see, which is Christ"
Now we see that the Spirit of his Son is Christ and that Spirit is a seed which comes from the Father and we cry Abba Father, because of this "seed" which is Spiritual and it is called the "Spirit of his Son" and also the "Spirit of Christ". I would like to make note that the "seed" remains after we die, " the Spirit of his Son " = seed !
If we read down further in this chapter of Galations 3, lets look at verses 26 thru 29 - " For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ ( death, resurrection , ascention , seated on right hand of God - Romans 6:3 thru verse 10 - we as well as Christ Jesus liveth unto God - Jesus the Christ is one of the brethren - Romans 8:29 ) have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus . And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise"
Jesus was made by God to be both Lord and Christ. When someone explains who or what is in you, one must absolutly not leave the title of "Christ" out of the explanation, because this is the title name used to explain what Spirit we have in us and that the Spirit of God leds us by the Spirit of his Son , the Spirit "Christ" IN us , which like the verse you brought to the conversation - Romans 8:10 & 11 - KJV - " And if Christ be in you ( riches of the Mystery - Colossians 1:27 ) , the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit ( Christ in you = Christ = seed ) is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him ( Spirit of God ) that raised up Jesus the Christ from the dead dwell in you ( Spirit of Christ = Christ = Seed ) , he that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead shall also quicken your "mortal" bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you ( Christ in you = Spirit of Christ = Christ = Seed ) "

Jesus the Christ is the Son of the Living God and we are sons of God. Jesus is the Christ and we being sons of God have the seed of Christ in us, in which we cry Abba Father, as God is also our Father and the Spirit of his Son is in us. The Spirit of God beareth witness with our Spirit , which is the Spirit of his Son as long as we are led by the Spirit of God. We then become "Joint- heirs with Christ" if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together" - Romans 8:17.
Jesus = son of man - through Mary - of the seed of David
Christ = Son of God - by way of his Father - of the seed of his Father = God = The Spirit of his Son In us. Christ IN us - the riches of the Mystery.
