CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well, really, I would have thought you'd also have all of their LPs and tapes and CDs
plus vids, plus ticket stubs for every concert they've ever performed in England, and perhaps even a letter of commendation for being such a great fan, signed by all the members of the band. Can you send me a photocopy of it, cyg? What.....looked at the pics for the very first time?

I have never seen them live JS ........ they just were too big and I like seeing a band when they are just getting recognition.
I have all the cds though , even spin off ones .
My rarities are a book personally signed by their first guitarist , Peter Banks , he was cool.
I also have going for the one framed and signed by all members on my wall.
I remember buyingv two imports of Steve Howes first 2 solo albums , I could only get them in gold , printed in Japan , real top quality editions but twice what they would cost now.
GTR were a spin off from YES along with ASIA.

You have an awesome collection. I don't really know the music of GTR and ASIA. I just read the blurb about them in Wikipedia, but the songs mentioned didn't really ring a bell with me.
