CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The ROCOR and Greek Monasteries (Athonite) made me "leave" or at least stand in the nave; whenever I was investigating or exploring Orthodoxy at one point in my life. (Nota Bene: I am a Traditional Catholic; hence, my pause along the journey at Orthodoxy was not permanent. 
.) However not so with the Traditional Latin Mass. All may attend the full duration of the Holy Liturgy (Holy Mass).
Only Catholics in good standing and in a state of Grace who have observed the Communion Fast may commune. If one is neither Catholic or if Catholic not in a state of Grace, one must refrain from communing. Feel free to offer up a 'spiritual communion', since you cannot partake sacramentally of the Blessed Eucharist until you become Catholic.
The Traditional Latin Mass Parishes often come with a small booklet or hand missal: Latin on one side; vernacular upon the other. They're handy, but don't worry about or get too 'hung up' on following along. Just observe, take it in, pray, and unite your heart with the priest and parishioners and angels and saints and martyrs and Holy Righteous and Holy Just Ones. Go with the peace and grace of God to Holy Mass.

Also, as an aside: With respect to Orthodoxy, I felt no slight having been asked to remain in the nave as a non-Orthodox; I'd gladly do so again if I were a seeker still. Goodness, even if I were still away from the Catholic Church, I'd happily have stood in the Nave and not partook in Holy Communion and make only a spiritual act of communion in my heart. So to make a point: there is NOTHING AMISS with my having been asked so with this. I do not wish to slight or detract from our Eastern friends or potentially Catholic parishes in some occasions that might still observe this ancient custom.
