Latin Help

I would like to begin saying pars of the Rosary in Latin, but I know nothing about Latin. I have seen prayers in Latin, but am clueless about pronuciation. Is it pronounced like spanish or what?

the translation of the fatima prayer on that is:

"Domine Iesu, dimitte nobis debita nostra, salva nos ab igne inferiori, perduc in caelum omnes animas, præsertim eas, quae misericordiae tuae maxime indigent"

hail holy queen is:

"Salve Regína, Mater misericórdiae; Vita dulcédo, et spes nostra, salve. Ad te Clamámus éxsules fílii Evae; Ad te Suspirámus, geméntes et flentes in hac lacrimárum valle. "Oremus! Deus, cuius Unigenitus per vitam mortem et resurrectionem suam nobis salutis aeterne praemia comparavit: concede, quaesumus; ut, haec mysteria sanctissimo beatae Mariae Virginis Rosario recolentes, et imitemur quor continent, et quod promittunt, assequamur. Per eundem Dominum."

Minor correction here - the ending is "Per eundem Christum Dominum nostrum", "Through the same Christ our Lord".

How come with the Catholic latin people do not pronounce the vs as ws?

I am doing part of my degree in latin and studied latin at throughout my high school, we have always been told off for pronouncing them as vs.

Regarding, "Dominum" and "Christum Dominum nostrum", I think that generally simply, Dominum is used for some reason. This is also the case in the popular Christmas Carol "Adeste fideles" (come all ye faithful)

where we say "Christ the lord" at the end of the Chorus, the latin is simply "dominum"

Church Latin is pronounced differently than Classical Latin, and is given more of an Italian pronunciation. Latin was spoken for centuries after the Romans, and this is how the language has developed, just like we don't pronounce English the same way Shakespeare probably did.

where we say "Christ the lord" at the end of the Chorus, the latin is simply "dominum"

I think that's more of a musical thing - "Dominum" is three syllables, "Lord" is one, but "Christ the Lord" is three and fits the music.

As far as the ending of the rosary prayer, prayers generally have one of three endings.

For a prayer addressed to God the Father, the ending is Per Dominum nostrum Jesum Christum Filium tuum, qui tecum vivit et regnat in unitate Spiritus Sancti, Deus, per omnia saecula saeculorum. Amen. If either of the other Persons is mentioned in the prayer, you say eumdem Dominum nostrum or ejusdem Spiritus Sancti.

If the prayer is addressed to God the Son, the ending is Qui vivis et regnas cum Deo Patre in unitate Spiritus Sancti, Deus, per omnia saecula saeculorum. Amen. adding ejusdem if the Holy Ghost is mentioned.

The shorter ending is Per Christum Dominum nostrum, or if the Son is mentioned, Per eumdem Christum Dominum nostrum. This is the one I've always seen used in the collect said at the end of the rosary.

There are a few variations on these, but whenever they're used, they're always given in full.

The longer endings are rarely printed in full, but only indicated "Per Dominum" or "Per eumdem Dominum" or "Per Dominum...in unitate ejusdem Spiritus Sancti", such as during the octave of Pentecost. It saves space and is used so often the celebrant is expected to know it.
