In light of the above, ho do you exegete Hebrews 1:1-2?

For starters, I would say that "days" is referring to how God has spoken to us. He includes the prophets [to the Fathers (of the children of Israel) ]and then 'lastly' he includes Jesus having spoken to us. As a starting point, I wouldn't include the days of the prophets as being part of the last days. That rules out the main point being the LAST days. Next, it doesn't say "THE last days" but THESE last days, meaning the most recent of times. I would simply say that "... God has spoken to us in various and divers manners. And lastly he has spoken to us thru Jesus". Thanks for your question.

How can any man suggest they were wrong, misguided, or even off by a few thousand years? This would make Jesus and the aposltes all false prophets! But, glory to God, Jesus understood plainly that the day of the Lord was to be when the Romans came to surround the city of Jerusalem:

This imagery is commonly relied upon by Millennialists as foretelling a time of universal peace on earth under the Messiah. However, this mistakes the passage.

First, it must be pointed out that scripture nowhere foretells a time when all nations willingly submit to Christ. Just the opposite: When Psalm 110 says "rule thou in the midst of thine enemies," it presupposes resistance to Christ's reign. Likewise, when Psalm 2 says the Son will break the nations with a rod of iron and thus urges earth's kings and judges to "kiss the Son, lest he be angry and ye perish from the way" (v. 12), it indicates that Christ governs all nations, whether they acknowledge him or not (cf. Zech. 14:16-19). Indeed, Isaiah himself says as much when he states that Christ will "judge among the nations and shall rebuke many peoples" (Isa. 2:4). Thus, the notion of a time when universal peace will obtain on earth is mere fantasy.

Second, when Isaiah says the nations will "learn war no more," he speaks only of those who walk in his paths; viz., those who obey the gospel. Isaiah's imagery of the nations "beating their swords into plowshares" applies only and ever to those who "ascend" the mountain of the Lord (receive the gospel), not the nations that remain in rebellion.

What the Scriptures describe, not me, in Revelation 6, is that we come to the time called the great Day of the Lamb's wrath, the Day of the Lord. Revelation 6:v.17 - For the Great Day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Yes, who shall be able to stand? If "in this Lord's Day the heavens (understand: heavens are not sky, but celestial places in Christ-Ephesians 1:v.3, among others) shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up? Seeing then that all these things shall be DISSOLVED, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness?"2 Peter 3:v.10-11. (Yeah, what manner of persons ought the God's people, the Church, to be, still in this unfavorable environment?)

Four powers sequentialy rise from earth in this Day of the Lord, i.e. from the midst of nations, from the midst of peoples (and they already started to rise) , and the environment on earth from now on becomes more and more complicated, and when the four horsemen be already operating on earth simultaneously we will know who will be at the right hand of the LORD. The War is ONE against three, and three against ONE, as is written in Revelation 16:v.13 to 16. Check it.

As JESUS said: Matt.24:v.21-25 and 35:
21 - Then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 - And except these days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake these days shall be shortened. (Comparare with Romans 9:v.28)

When the bible talks about the last days, what does it mean?

About two thousand years ago the Devil took JESUS to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and said unto JESUS: All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine-Luke 4:v.5-7. Jesus refused the Devil's Gift, of course, then the Devil departed from JESUS for a season.

But now, from now on, the days of the Devil's world are ending, are in the end, and they are numbered, in this last period of time it will be destroyed as a whole, all EVENTS in the Devil's world will be in this sense, in this direction, even from now on, for its total destruction, dissolution. Revelation 11:v.18; 2Peter 3:v.11-13, among others.

First the Devil MUST manifest himself as God, then the man of sin will be revealed, actually the son of perdition, a former cherub, who will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God will sit in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 2 Thessalonians 2

The last week, the last 7 years of the Devil's world, MUST begin right away with the presence and manifestation of the Devil in flesh and bone, in the form of a man. This satanic EVENT will be a signal of the beginning of the last week, the week 70th Daniel 9:v.27. The COURT which is WITHOUT the temple will be given unto the Gentiles and the holy city shall they tread under foot (42) forty and two months, or 1.260 days - Revelation 11:v.2, the FIRST half of the last week starts.
Next, the Abomination of Desolation will be established, exactly when the first half of the last week ends. "From the time that the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days". Daniel 12:v.11-12
