Texas Monthly just did an article about Osteen. His daddy originally was a SBC preacher, and their first church was Baptist. Once it started growing, though, they dropped their Baptist affiliation.
TD Jakes is definitely pentecostal. My former pastor's father knew him, and said he was saved in an Alabama Church of God one Sunday night. He preaches a good sermon sometimes, but from what I've read, he's very close to the one-ness doctrine.
