  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I find that I can eat cheese or yoghurt, but not any other milk products. This occured after I had my gastric bypass surgery. I have lived with this intolerance for many years, and all I have to say is that I miss cereal the most.

Tablets barely do anything. However, on a full stomack a little bit of milk can pass unnoticed. My mother is about 100% intollerent and I can no longer drink a litre of milk the way I used to. In cheese and yogurt the lactos has been eaten by freindly bacteria, if I understand correctly.

It hard to not drink regular milk, But if I drink it I litterally break out in hives. So I nonfat milk that only upsets my stomach, or to be completely safe I drink rice milk and rice Ice CREAM it is actually good, you should try it. Do not get a gallon though because I am sure this milk is not tasteful to everyone.

All these symptoms people are describing are reactions due to the antibiotics and hormones in milk and the general unnaturallity of milk bought in the grocery store.

Milk from grass-fed animals that has not been homogenized, pasteurized, skimmed, is very good for you and people will not be intolerant of this milk.

Please go to real milk dot com to find more information.
