natural sleep aids? I really don't want to be on sleeping pills, but am on them due to the anti depressants I am on keeping me awake. I don't like warm milk so are there any herbs or teas that are great for this?

Melatonin has been a miracle in my life. It's cheap and easy to get.

Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime tea also works really well, too (but it tastes like crap).

Just a little note that Melatonin is not recommended for women who are nursing, pregnant, or taking anti depressants. So if you are thinking of melatonin please talk to your dr first.

yep I am on Anti-depressants so the melatonin is out for me.
