When I saw the name of this board, I thought I would share my award-winning breakfast recipe that has Gordon Ramsey green with envy: Kitchen Sink Eggs.
Step One: crack eggs into a teflon frying pan. Turn on the heat to medium low.
Step Two: open your refrigerator.
Step Three: look for anything that has any possibility at all that it might go together with eggs. Tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach, hot sauce, fish, cheese, garlic, cilantro, shrimp. Yogurt. Preferably if it is about to spoil, but not quite. That's the best.
Step Four: throw it in the frying pan. Make an omelette with whatever you find.
Step Five: eat it. Celebrate over all the food you kept from spoiling.
And by the way: as a kid, I *really did* try Green Eggs and Ham. It involved some green food coloring. No one else wanted to try them, so I got to have them all to myself.
