((( Not against you or anything, I honestly believe that you've been out of this for too long and have only made occasional posts that have distracted attention away from the main story. I think it would be best if you remained out of it for now, until there was a more suitable time to include your characters (unless this is the end of everything....)
Now, for my post...)))
Aaron shielded himself with his arm and sword, trying his best to hold it after Zexion's spell hit him. The blast of fire completely enveloped Zexion in brilliant flame, only Zexion's form showing through the dense flames. Even from at least eight feet away, Aaron could still feel the intense heat.
The flames were strong enough to evaporate the water particles in the quicksand into the air, bringing tiny ngrainy sand particles with them. The sand particles then remained in the air as the water completely turned into vapor. The sand particles were superheated together by intense flames, and burned into a large Zexion shaped diamond statue standing in Zexion's place.
"The hot flames must have superheated the sand into the air, and combined with the intense friction of the sand particles rubbing against each other, trapped Zexion in a diamond prison....," Aaron murmured.
(((YAY SCIENCE!!!111 LAWL)))
Aaron turned on his heel, and sheathed his sword Obsidian in it's scabbard. Aaron walked towards Nami, and gestured to the winding path that lead up to the large shimmering sphere of the Soul of Worlds.
Suddenly, there was a noise behind. A cracking sound.
"No way,", he whispered. He immediately drew his sword, but he was too slow. A scythe-shaped energy blade slammed him in the back, sending him flying through the air, and landing on his back. Looking upwards, he could see Zexion's form through the smoke that eminated around him.
"I haven't used the Aura Burst since I was a Nobody. I suppose being a Super-Hollow allows me to have all of the powers I had before.", Zexion said. He flexed his hand. His cloak was scorched and tattered, and his body had several scorched places on it where the flames had burned through his black and white cloak.
Zexion's dark blue fell over his eyes, and he smirked lightly. "It's your move, Crixen,", Zexion said.
Aaron's brow narrowed. Even before the attack had ended, he was considering his options. He just didn't expect Zexion to break out so quickly from his prison made of diamond.
Aaron quickly jumped up, and as soon as his feet touched the ground, he pivoted on his heel, and ran forward with a Flash Step. He thrust his sword forward, but it was blocked by Zexion's scythe, which had a longer reach than Aaron's thin black blade. Zexion twirled the scythe with his hand, swatting Aaron's sword away, and slamming Aaron in the face. Aaron fell backwards through the air, but managed to flip over and land on his feet, by using his hands to flip back over.
Aaron realized he was fighting a losing battle. He was panting heavily, while Zexion stood as his cape swayed in the wind. Aaron considered his options.
1. Summon Naron - This would summon Naron to aid them in the battle, since Zi was tied up with fighting the Heartless, and Vangel had rushed towards the Soul of Worlds. However, this would drain Aaron of half of his power to supply Naron with it, and he would also temporarily lose the ability to use Alchemy, a skill he might need in this battle. X
2. Use a magical blast to distract Zexion, and attack with a Flash Step. ....No, too predictable. Zexion had fougt practice battles with Aaron before, in the Organization, and knew all his tricks. Aaron would be shot down easily.
3. Transform, and attack from afar. It could work, but Zexion's dexterity is far more supreme to the Zexion Aaron knew before, and the attacks would probably bounce off. It wouldn't work.
The crease on Aaron's brow became more and more furrowed as he became enthraled in thought. How could he fight back?! Nothing they had tried so far had managed to work--even Aaron's entrapment trick, and Nami's lion, had barely left a scratch on him.
"It is time to end this,"
Zexion's voice broke the silence of Aaron's thought process. Holding his stance, Zexion glowed in a brilliant light. He shimmered a swirl of black and white, creating shades of grey within his aura.
Zexion's scythe disappeared. "I regret having to use this on you two, but it seems that you are just too strong for my regular attacks. You keep getting up, and staying alive, even after I've squished you, just like a cockroach......," Zexion said. His aura suddenly flared, sending Aaron off balance, sending him crashing into the ground on his butt.
Zexion slowly began transforming. His arms transformed first, becoming much larger. As they transformed, they became white, with three black stripes wrapping around the arm at the middle of the forearm, the elbow, and the middle bicep.
His legs didn't transform much, except they took on the appearance of a gorrilas, with the knees bent. The black stripes on the arms were wrapped around the ankles.
Zexion's shoulders became much larger, and were completely black, forming a long black stripe running down his spine. A thin, demon shaped, white tail, with a knife-shaped bone on the tip.
Zexion's face transformed, and became what appeared to be a mask, with oversized teeth, and black, pupiless eyes. A thin black line ran across the cheeks of his face, and over his nose, as well as two black lines directly under his eyes.
"This is over....," Zexion's voice growled with a beastly demeanor. Zexion opened his mouth, a sphere of energy appearing in his mouth.
"Hueco Cannon!!," Zexion roared. The burst suddenly exploded, shooting forth at a speed faster than Aaron's flash step.
"Stone Shield!!," Aaron shouted, touching his palms quickly, then touching the ground, creating a large wall of stone and earth. The Hueco Cannon hit the wall, causing it to explode, and several boulders slamming into Aaron's body--his two lower left ribs were instantly shattered.
Aaron gasped for breath. He needed to be healed quickly, or the bones would peirce his lungs, and he would die.
"N....Na....mi.....," he whispered.
"Poor....thing....," Zexion muttered.
