((No problem, man.
I know, I sucked. Thanks.
You, Dave, and Brilliand have basically had the most influence on my writing [you with characters, Dave with detail, and Brilliand with story]. Seriously, not kidding there. You have had a lot of influence on me.
And I wouldn't mind at all.
May I make a suggestion? For the next thread [if there is one, I hope there will be], let's make an OOC thread.
Time for Vangel to get some awesome new equipment!
))
Vangel's sword glowed white, energy particles from the air around him swirling around it. "Godspell, it's time for you to show your true power!" The jewel on Godspell glowed red twice, and the soul inside it spoke: "Ye who hath come to the edge of reality, be united with the Soul." Vangel back flipped onto the giant blue orb that was the Soul of Worlds. As he landed on top of it, he stabbed Godspell down into the crack between the two pieces, creating a blue flash of light. Two beams, one from each piece, shot out into Godspell, and again a flash of blue occurred. The mountaintop shook violently, more violently than before. The energy from the Soul crept up through the sword into Vangel's body, and he glowed so brightly that he became impossible to look at.
Then, the light subsided, and Vangel was still kneeling with his sword in the Soul. Now, however, his Kandeshen Armor was gone, or at least changed; his armor had been replaced by a glowing, blood-red and chrome armor like nothing he had laid eyes on before.
His feet were now clad in spiked boots, and his legs were covered in strange markings. His entire armor, in fact, was covered in alien symbols and glyphs. His armor was thick, and had a large build, and it covered his entire body. His helmet covered his head, a large and very strange statue design arching from the left and the right of it. His face was covered by a blue shielding which looked like the color of the Soul of Worlds. His face was visible, but protected.
Vangel ripped his blade from the Soul, another flash emitting from the entity. Godspell had also changed, it was now much larger and longer, and it too had strange glyphs and markings covering it, from blade to hilt. It glowed blue, but the blade was blood-red, like the armor.
Vangel glared at Zexion, then lunged forward. His sword turned white with power. A beam of energy extended into Vangel's back from the Soul, giving him a constant supply of power. Vangel pushed Zexion's hand from Aaron's neck, freeing him. He then shoved his sword into Zexion's heart as a steady beam of energy shot out of the blade, right out Zexion's back.
Vangel ripped his sword from Zexion's body and pushed off of him to do a back flip, knocking him backwards. Vangel looked at Aaron. "Is it over?" he asked, his voice icy and irregular.
The two pieces of the Soul of Worlds slid farther and farther apart, and finally two beams of energy extended out to Nami and Zi. "We're almost done!" Zi yelled to Nami. "Just a bit longer!"
The beam feeding Vangel power dissipated, and he stopped glowing.
Zi grunted as the beams that connected he and Nami to the Soul dissipated also, freeing them from its bonds. "It's unlocked!" Zi exclaimed.
((You said shoot him.

NOTE: Vangel does not have any new powers. The beam and glowing and stuff was because he was getting power from the Soul of Worlds. His equipment, however, has been permanently changed.))
