Yes, when people are blaming only Trump, its relevant to say whether others are to blame as well. Its about assigning proper blame instead of just scapegoating one man for political gain. Do you think scapegoating one man for political gain will help inform people?

Congress is the federal government too and i have raised questions about their involvement as well, so im not sure why you say im trying to deflect from blaming the federal government? You just want to blame one guy and you dont want anyone to suggest otherwise. You are being partisan here, and its blinding your judgment.

Additional testing capacity for COVID-19 is arriving, but capacity is still constrained, and King County correctional facilities are taking steps to increase social distancing. Public Health announced 100 new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the official case count in King County to 793. In addition, seven new deaths are reported, bringing the total of confirmed deaths in King County to 67
