CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

it's not worth being a wanna be terrorist in the us these days. they've now got more undercover operatives posing as radicals than ever before. want a good read? check out american radical. what i found most interesting are these peoples points of extremism. the part where they cross the line and actually desire to kill innocents.

The OP scenario did happen to me in real life.
I did not kill the bad guy but hit him in the head with a rock, made him a lot nicer afterwards. Ofc this happened when we were little kids. If did this as adult, I will get sued (adult life sucks! Justice system is broken!).
What would Jesus do? -- fashion a whip out of cords and drive him out of the room!

would summon cactuar to do 1000 needles. if cactuar was the bad guy I would shoot at him until he runs away.
