one question, i call myself pentecostal but i believe many things that wof teachs and follow kenneth copeland and others, am i allowed to speak if i feel the need

Yep. I would guess that most Word of Faith people also call themselves Pentecostals or Charismatics. After all, the Word of Faith forum is a subforum of the Spirit-Filled/Pentecostal/Charismatic forum. I have seen some members who consider themselves something other than Pentecostal though, but are still Word of Faith believers.

If you believe the label applies to you, you can sign in as a Word of Faith believer in a sticky at the top of the thread list in the Word of Faith forum.

From my understanding Heart of Heaven - I think anyone can post here, fellowship and ask questions - but only WOF can debate - can anyone confirm that is that right? I think that is wisely there to protect people who come here and want to find out more about WOF rather than critical comment and attack of it - which they can find in plenty of other places.

I'm not a Pentacostal, and I don't post in the other part of this forum - but I would describe myself as spirit-filled and charismatic - and I very much am moving in the direction of wanting to describe myself as WOF first - but I am still very new to this - I go to an Anglican church - not a WOF one.....but I am very eager to learn from the people here - some of whom have already inspired me and taught me much.

I guess in the end it matters less what you call yourself and more what spirit you come here in - and the most important thing would be a certain amount of respect for WOF or genuine interest in asking questions or finding out more. Afterall, there are plenty of places to attack WOF teachings - and so this place is special because it seeks to build up WOF believers rather than tear them down. Does that make sense?

But other than that - all are welcome as I understand it...

I have looked at KCM from many views and have logged a lot of time on his tapes and in his notes. Kenneth Copeland could not be a ‘mason’ hidden or otherwise. I have knowledge about masons, Kenneth Copeland’s stand on Islam alone would be a big block to the entrance to the masons, the other thing is that Kenneth Copeland core statement ‘Jesus is Lord’ is forbidden in the blue lodge and that is the first gate of all masonry. So as you listen to his teaching it will become clear that he could not be connected to this organization in any way. Now I believe that Kenneth Copeland walks in the love of the Father and would not act hateful to a mason or any other religion (That is my opinion) all religions and religious minds (carnal mindedness) need deliverance and our pointing to the solution is much more important than picking on religion. It is a relationship not a religion.

Your right in that to condemn is wrong, for what others want to believe is their rightful decision.I know I was in a place with this teaching for years, that I could have never imagined it being wrong, and I was pretty upset to find out the wrong side of this type teaching, and it took years to get over, not all of it,so don't get me wrong,I am only refering to some of the teaching going on.The Lord wants people~ His people set free from bondage, right? there are some of the teachings here that are a major concern, that's all I was trying to point out,I know I get a little upset, perhaps to much,I have to learn ,myself to be able to teach, with grace! Sorry if I upset anyone over here, it was to bring truth, enlightenment, and possibly for some, will check into it for themselves.

Hey guys,

I have not talked with Brother Copeland, but knowing him and his ministry like I do...I can say with total assurance that he is not a mason. The Mason's are a secret cult. He would have nothing to do with such a thing.

Those who don't like his ministry will stop at nothing to discredit him. He is not perfect of course, and I don't agree with everything he says, but I know he would not agree with the "doctrines" of the Mason's.

Be Blessed,
Debtfree (Gregg) :D
