We are similar because we are created from a common pattern.
If this were not true, we wouldn't be able to eat anything else
because it wouldn't nourish us. Anything truly alien wouldn't
even be able to rot.

. Did it ever occur to you that the reason that our plant animal and fungus based foodstuffs nourish us is because we are related to them. You’re correct that alien foods would probably not be good . Protein based alien foods would probably cause allergies
