A tangible defense of religious liberty

The thing is that the case being presented to the Supreme Court by Phillips is not about religious liberty. It is being presented as a case for freedom of speech.
There is a whole thread about it on this forum with links to the briefs filed with the Supreme Court.
It's too bad the Justice Department didn't address freedom of speech in this case.
