I just started a new diet called "Fat Loss For Idiots" and it sounds incredible. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find even one review that wasn't incredibly positive. It seems that everyone who has tried it has had incredible results with it. Some of the things I really like about it are:
1. It's a one time fee of about $60 and I was able to download all of the information so NO MONTHLY FEES! YAY!
2. The diet works by asking you to choose your favorite foods and then generating an 11 day menu for you where you eat 4 times a day until you are satisfied. At the end of the 11 days you are allowed 3 cheat days to eat whatever you want. Today I ate 5 ham slices with mustard for breakfast, 5 turkey slices with mustard for lunch, for dinner I'm having scrambled eggs and cucumber slices and for an evening snack I'm having a shrimp ring. Tomorrow is Fruit and deli sandwich day. I eat as much fruit as I want for 3 meals and a deli sandwich for one.
3. The trick of the diet is to consume different amounts and kinds of calories each day in order to prevent your body from getting used to a certain number and type of calories. This is supposed to speed up your metabolism. I have spent a couple hours reading through comments on forums dedicated to this diet and it appears as though the average person loses 5-6 lbs per 11 day cycle.
I have 100 lbs to lose and am very excited about this diet. I ate last at lunch and It's time for dinner now and I'm still not hungry because of the protein in the turkey! I will keep you posted with my results.
