As a kid I hated veggies, I'd bribe my brothers to eat mine. If it wasn't for peanut butter or bologna I'd probably have starved.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I got in on some giant king crab legs during Christmas..12.99 per pound and one leg was 1.1/2 pounds...lol..we had a feast..

I love seafood.
Never had King Crab legs though. People rave about them.

We had trout this summer..I caught a 32 inch brown trout and we cooked it up as soon as it was cleaned...yummy

I am afraid to clean a fish. Not afraid, but think it would be too disgusting. LOL
There is so much great fishing by me. I could live, meat wise, just by fishing here.
Don't want to clean a fish though. but then again I never tried.
maybe I should get some guts in me, to get rid of the guts in the fish

Ok, a smidge of my background. I grew up on a farm with 2 older brothers. If it walked, slithered, hopped or spun webs it got shoved down my back. Heck yeah I was a tomboy. I'm the baby of the family so I was super spoiled. My brothers were 10 and 12 years older than I. I'm still a tomboy. I worked at Delaware State Police for 25 years (mostly men), I was a volunteer ambulance attendant (mostly men) and now I'm working at a hardware store. I have more guy friends than I do girl friends. David's ok with it...sometimes

nomy mom when she was a kid and then of course grandmothers did that.
maybe if I was Amish I would be okay with all that.
Maybe if my fav show when i was younger "Little house of the prairie" did that more, I would be okay too
