Ordinarily I would but newcomers who may not be aware of AV's background should be given an insight.

Sure thing.

Here it is:

1. Bible says x, Science says x = go with x
2. Bible says x, Science says y = go with x
3. Bible says x, Science says ø = go with x
4. Bible says ø, Science says x = go with x
5. Bible says ø, Science says ø = free to speculate on your own

Prime Directive: Under no circumstances whatsoever is the Bible to be contradicted.

If that's for me, I'm a Lover of God.
I'm not a Buddhist.
Though I am Buddhist friendly.

I don't think being aware of the source of the elements that make up the stuff our bodies are made of is sun worship.

Neither do I.

But Paul warns us about them.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Those "rudiments of the world" can spoil you.

Yes,it is amazing!

But, why believe we, like said aforementioned, “evolved” from these creatures.

Like said before, this piece is apart of the entire out-on-a-limb theory that life “spawned” from inanimate matter.

Personally I firmly believe the fossils of half human/half ape skulls and skeletons found that are frequently used to defend evolution are simply ancient skeletons of severely birth-defected humans. Not “missing links” nor common ancestors.

Take microcephaly for example,it’s a rare birth condition that shrinks the skull size, could there perhaps be other illnesses that in times past have done the same if not the opposite?,very likely.

In hindsight with that said,it looks like an atheists desperate attempt to explain and defend evolution.
All I was saying is they are not mindless

From a poster that used to post here:

Only four percent of the IAU voted on the controversial demotion of Pluto, and most are not planetary scientists. The vote was conducted in violation of the IAU's own bylaws on the last day of a two-week conference when most attendees already had left. No absentee voting was allowed. Supporters of the demotion resolution violated the IAU's own bylaws by putting this resolution on the General Assembly floor without first vetting it by the proper committee as IAU rules require. Also, many planetary scientists do not belong to the IAU and therefore had no say in this matter. When professional astronomers objecting to the demotion asked for a reopening of the planet debate at the 2009 IAU General Assembly, the IAU leadership adamantly refused. Why would they refuse to reopen a debate unless they were insecure about their stand? Meanwhile, this issue continues to be debated in other venues, such as the 2008 Great Planet Debate, held at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in August 2008 (which I personally attended), the American Geophysical Union, and the European Geophysical Union.

Also qv:

The Vote To Demote Pluto Was Rigged
Yeah we have seen it all before, the same tired old regurgitated nonsense that has been refuted ad nauseum over the years.
Once again the search key can be used to show the refutations in your countless Pluto threads.
One such example is why the demotion of Pluto was so overwhelmingly approved by a show of hands a count was not even required despite the revised definitions of a planet not supposedly being vetted????
How idiotic would it be have been for anyone to vote if their understanding of what they were voting for had been changed without their knowledge.

And your QV is a complete joke did you not read the disclaimer?
Enough is enough I regret having mentioned Pluto as this thread is will turn into to another one your mindless Pluto threads.

Let's see yours.
It's so sad you can't see the illogic you can drive a freight train through.
Your prime directive is contradicted by (4).
Also you must believe wives be reduced to being the husband's personal property for the prime directive to not be contradicted.

I've made my point that newbies should be aware of your posting history.
You could let newbs look after themselves and
spare everyone else.
It's hard enough to keep a thread on track as it is.

To a degree they aren’t,other than that they’re wild animals with no morals, they murder each other, eat their own parasites, and attack people who make the wrong facial expressions.

It's as appropriate to describe Christianity as "sheep worship" due to the lamb symbolism of Revelations.

Also Buddhist don't typically worship Buddha.
they bow before idols, that’s idolatry,so in view they do.

Star Dust. This Creation itSelf is showing us that it is constantly changing and evolving. That's Truth!. This Creation is also showing us the Truth that we are the remnants of exploding stars that have rebonded into new stars, planets and other stuff that make up the cosmos. In this constantly changing Creation, the Earth is showing us that life and even the Earth itSelf evolved over a very long period of time. Homo Sapiens are a recent addition to this ever changing Creation which is more Truth!. In some ways one could say that it has been a 14.5 Billion year evolutionary trajectory to get us here...all by way of star dust.

People salute flags or pray for intercession from saints, it doesn't make those things gods or worshipped either.

Super arrogant and disrespectful to pretend
to know better than the evidence / signs in
creation itself.
