Hi, how r you today, mine has been absolutely awful but im blessed with a very understanding hubby and kids, don't know what i would do without them, called on my mother as you do when in distress but she dosn't know how to or wont help me, feel chewed up inside about that but trying to hold my tongue as i know i sometimes lash out with it to hurt others if i am hurting, please pray for me. love claire

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had an awful day. I pray that the Lord gives you His grace, strength and wisdom to know what to do and say in whatever situation u are in right now.

I would just like to encourage u to stay strong in the Lord, which is easier said than done, I know, but who else can we look to in these times, except for our brothers and sisters in the Lord, but most importantly of all our awesome father God.

Claire, I can sure relate to your post. Whenever I have hard days like that, when I really need someone to just listen and be there for me....they frequently just don't seem to have the time or the inclination. If you need to talk, please talk. We're here. And I will pray for you. Prayer helps a lot. And this may not apply to you, but when I'm having a tough time, and I feel sad or hopeless...I go outside and look up in the sky. It for some reason helps me to see God's creation and know that God is there and I'm not really alone...like I usually feel. I don't know why we go through the things we do...but the feelings are common to all of us. Take heart.

It just shows you your average posts per day, the same information always appeared in your profile. Just another statistic this software will keep track of.

No Joey...nothing happens. It's just for fun. If you post 3 posts per day, you will have 100% health. Likewise if you post a whole lot on one day and then don't post for awhile...it will average it out. You can also turn it off in "options" in your user control panel.

Happy New Year everyone. One of my daughters is having her 10th birthday today. We're going to go see "The Polar Express" at her request. I think Tom Hanks is a really good actor. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie too. Even if it is a Christmas movie and Christmas is already past.

Did you see that woman on television yesterday (or the day before) who was celebrating her 111th birthday? Wow! I really hope that I'm not here that long.

Thank you, I'll pass your good wishes along. She and her father are out buying this artistic computer thing that she wanted so bad she's been saving up for. It's called Picture Color. (just in case you know what that is)

We'll be off to the show in roughly an hour. My 12 year old son is already balking.

Well, as much as i liked this Christmas, i have to say im glad its past. I can finaly get back to work and make some money with my new job. I have been so blessed this year. I rededicated my life to Christ just a few months ago and God has really welcomed my back (with open arms you might say).
I guess the only thing that would be better is if my wife and daughter would come to the lord also. If yall wouldent mind sayin a prayer for them and me, i would be most gratful. This past week has been pretty tough spiritually for me because of some of the spiritual battles ive had to fight and am fighting right now. I can only hope and pray that this particular battle gets resolved soon. I need a breather. Its almost like the easer things get, the harder i have to fight for it. ( kinda an odd cunundrum aint it ?)
Anyhow, lets not forget that Christmas doesent have to be only once a year, we should have the Christmas Spirit all year long.

Friends are good. I could always use more, not that I have too many to begin with. I'm pretty new at this. DOn't really know what I'm doing, just kinda jumping around and figuring it out bit by bit. Are there directions for the Internet? I guess I've never been too good with the whole thing. I've never signed on to anything like this. Anyway, I'm currently waiting for it to either be time to start getting ready for work or for my family to awaken so we can eat breakfast. I probably should be doing school, but I'm not so I'm doing this.

Her grandad died on Tues - his birthday, & his funeral is today - her birthday

I can only thank God for my experience as a Bereavement Counsellor

As I said on Wed & Thurs, I saw many widows prove God's "many precious promises"

He really will "turn your mourning into dancing"

He really will "give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning"

He really will make "all things work together for the good of all who love God"

He really will "bring good out of evil"

He really will "take what the enemy throws at you to hurt you, & turn the curse to a blessing"

Leah is eldest of 6 & has @ 11 nephews & nieces, aged @ 6/11

If I recall right, all of them, & her patents, have faith in Christ as Saviour & Lord, & she is praying @ moving @ 150 miles south, to be nearer to more of the family, who are all in Illinois
