My goals? Hmmm....

• get consistent with creative pursuits.
• figure out a healthier spiritual life. It's always been a struggle of mine due to my upbringing but I know I need to do better.
• stay at a healthy weight. I'm currently down a few pounds and am back where I want to be but it's so HARD being in an office with people who want to snack all day and then pressure me to eat when I don't want to. I'm definitely working on asserting my boundaries in a polite way.
• FORGOT to add, more walking and fitness!
• watch my money! I'm a little addicted to shopping, hehehe. I keep a spreadsheet and track EVERY PENNY so I stay accountable and I have a little conditionally-formatted cell that is red or green depending on if I'm spending more than I'm bringing in (it subtracts my expenses from my gains). My micro-goal is to "stay in the green" If I can stay in the green, I get myself an affordable little present the next month. I don't like budgeting and I do much better with reward-based goals.

I made it through 2 weeks of workouts. I have more energy and I feel much better. I'm also enjoying working out more regularly again.

Update:

I've weight myself the past two Saturdays. I'm staying in a particular 5 pound range. I'm not keeping the weight off, but at least I'm keeping it in range.

Very proud of myself. Only had time for a quick run today, so it was shorter than normal- but for the first time I ran the whole time relatively fast without stopping.

Don’t remember if I’ve mentioned it before, but I started a group within my singles small group that I call “Run and Not Grow Weary.” It’s for those of us who want to run or exercise but not alone. Today we did another walk together and it was so fun! 2 solid hours of walking, a beautiful day, and great conversation. Fitness is so much easier when you make it enjoyable!

I'm on like 3/4 workouts for the last few days, slowly working my way back in.

Update on my goals:

- I'm able to keep a small amount of weight off
- My periods have been more normal since ditching the soy yogurt and (somewhat) switching to a protein diet
