Well, thats hard. Johnathan was sweet because of his bravery and strength in friendship. David was awesome for his drive to find God in everything. Samson was a beast who finally got right with God and showed the Philistines who's boss. It is way to hard to find a favorite character as they all show different things. Like Job shows sheer, determined mentality towards loving God no matter what. That is an awesome characteristic. All in all, my fave would be David, simply because he and I have a few things in common.

Please do not fall for the misconception that Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are different people!

The Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit are the same person; God. There is no God if one part of the Trinity is absent. Since nearly all Christians (except the Mormons and Uniterians, who are not really seen as orthodox Christians) believe that Jesus is God, please do not refer to Jesus and God as different people

Seeing as I'm a Catholic, you're betting that I'm gonna say Mary! Not really...I venerate (not worship) Mary of course, but she is more connected to Jesus than anything else. It is only because of Jesus that I venerate her, ultimately she too would need Jesus to be saved...

I'd have to say Abraham...he was one of the first and most important prophets. Although the ideas of the covenant are old, Abraham was proof that God still loved humanity and wanted to reconcile with it. Abraham is also a central figure in Judaism and Islam.

Personally i like Joesph as he was strong even though he was heavily betrayed by his brothers and sold as a slave...
He also had a strong will power and refused to sleep with Potiphar's wife after extreme advancements! Throughout the whole of his life he was loyal to god and so he was given the power to interpret dreams which later gained him the power over Egypt!
He showed us that even though times are tough god will always be with us and we will be rewarded for staying loyal!
