The Big Bang theory is the theory that all of the matter in the universe came from the Big Bang, not the universe itself, that being said, the theory does not mention the space-time continuum to have ever been created by the Big Bang, just all of the matter within it.

You need to read more about Big Bang. Spacetime did not exist "prior" to the Big Bang. No matter, no energy, no space, no time. The universe started at the BB.
