Why must God judge the dead?

My assumption is, the dead seek/ask for Justice. So to give Justice, God must judge the dead. Therefore it is not the will of God to judge. It is the dead who ask for it.

Any opinions?
All dead will be resurrected on the last day. Some to everlasting life and some to condemnation. This is when God's judgment, reward or wrath comes to fruition. Blessings.

Why must God judge the dead?
Because many things are not right in this world.

Jesus will "judge the living and the dead"

1 Peter 4:5 but they will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.

Some of the dead will be sent to heaven (all those in the "First resurrection" of Rev 20 and also mentioned in 1 Thess 4:13-18)
And the rest will be sent to the lake of fire in Rev 20 (called "the second death" in that chapter - these are those raised in the second resurrection and it is they who are cast into the lake of fire according to that chapter)

"The living know that they will die - but the dead know nothing" Eccl 9:5

Eccl 12:13 The conclusion, when everything has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person. 14 For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil.

Since that has nothing to do with either creation or evolution, I suspect that it should be moved.

Sounds logically correct. God does not reject a sinner, but a sinner rejects God. However, God can transcend rationality and try to save a sinner by going beyond logic. If a sinner has a way of rejecting God's transcendence, then they obviously want something other than God.
