God judges ... the word of God judges ... often when people pass along the words of the Lord (through scripture) ... and much of it "judges" ... they attribute "judgement" to the person passing along scripture rather than understanding it is actually coming from the Lord.
John 5:22

So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.
We are to point non-believers to Jesus. We are to encourage and admonish those within the faith when they are being led astray.
Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
James 4:11
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.
Judging ... people of faith are
suppose to know and understand the difference of being admonished by their brothers and sisters and the admonishment by them is supposed to be in a kind and loving manner.
People outside of the faith have difficulty and often cite "judgement" when in reality it is His teachings and scripture that is "judging" them ... not the person passing it along.
We pass along the knowledge of scripture and then the same is brought to minds and hearts and one either considers it ... dismisses it ... argues it ... mocks it ... or whatever ... but the point is .... they have been made aware of it through His word.
So no ... we are not to judge .... that's the Lord business.
John 7:24
