LOL right on the mark there rkbo. What a difference a letter can make huh. The reason for this line of questions was basically to point out why we need to listin and see were another person is coming from, like the person that is saying the branches are all men not just christians. After long posts and seeing other things that tie into this parable with him I have come to understand why he believes as he does. This still does not make him or it correct but now atleast I understand his belief better.

you asked "what i thought" in your original post. and i told you.
the guy is wrong.
it doesnt really matter why he beleives the way he does, it is wrong and can be proven wrong.
